Personal identification — Driver's licence or passport (you'll upload a copy)
Contract of sale — The signed contract or offer and acceptance (you'll upload a copy)
Property details — Address, purchase price, deposit amount and settlement date
Title details — Title reference, lot and plan numbers (found on the contract)
Rates information — Annual council rates, water rates, and strata levies (if applicable)
Vendor's solicitor details — Name of the seller's legal representative
