David Müller (Principal Lawyer)
David Müller’s experience in law, with a focus on property law, spans more than 24 years and two continents. Admitted to practice law in both South Africa and Australia, he is uniquely positioned to understand the situations that new immigrants to Australia experience, especially with regards to property law and estate planning. He has extensive knowledge of conveyancing and sat on the conveyancing panels of major banks in the past. His Cape Town based law firm won the coveted prize as the best performing law firm on a major commercial bank’s national panel of lawyers.
Such is his interest and passion in property, that he and Zandri, (his wife) office manager of LAWMAX, both worked in real estate, while David burnt the proverbial midnight oil lamp in order to be admitted to practice as lawyer in Australia. The experience David gained in real estate in that transitional period, is a unique benefit to his clients, in both personal or commercial transactions and property settlements..

David has been admitted an Attorney and Conveyancer of the High Court of South Africa (Western Cape), and is admitted as a lawyer in the Supreme Court of Western Australia and practises as solicitor in Perth. He is a member of the law societies of South Africa (Western Cape), Western Australia .
David is also bilingual (speaking both English and Afrikaans ) and will assist clients to make informed business decisions.

With training in the Legal,Conveyancing and Property Industries, Zandri worked as mortgage broker, real estate agent and conveyancing paralegal since 2000. In Perth she joined the RE/MAX Team in 2014 after immigrating. Zandri joined LAWMAX in Feb 2016 as conveyancing paralegal.
